Scope of Contract / Basic Offering
  • Transport of Executives as per customer requirement.
  • Shift to Single Window Solution Provider in a phased manner, the time frame and priority to be decided by the client.
  • Any numbers of vehicles as per Customer Requirements.
  • Preventive maintenance of vehicles for minimizing the down time.
  • Stand by vehicles to be provided in case of any vehicle break – down.
  • MIS in relation to all transport operations would be provided by us for all the routes.

Process Monitoring
  • Our executives will interact with your representatives on daily basis for Reports/ MIS.
  • Review of MIS reports on a fortnightly and generation of a comprehensive report. In case of any change for further streamlining the operation, Transport Manager will discuss matter with Administration Dept.
  • In case of any deviation, the same may be escalated to Operation Executive and Operations Manager.
